Grown by our friends in Sicily, this delicious craft extra virgin olive oil is obtained from a special blend of Biancolili, Coratine and Carolea Olives, harvested exclusively on their family-run estate in Montaperto. It is cold pressed on the day of picking and bottled unfiltered for a fuller flavour. The two products are a perfectly matched pairing.
