Rhubarb and Ginger infused Balsamic Vinegar
Balsamic vinegar from Modena infused with rhubarb and ginger. Ideally use as a balsamic vinegar salad dressing or add to a stir fry. Even with a baked peach or two...with a healthy dollop of clotted cream.
