• Spiced Apple Chutney - Armagh Bramley apples that have been infused into our Balsamic Vinegar of Modena are gently simmered along with plump raisins and sultanas with spices. Delicious with your cheeseboard or to add into a casserole.
• Mulled Wine Spice Bag - just add this to a bottle of red wine, warm gently through and allow all the fragrant flavours to develop.
• Blackberry and Thyme infused Balsamic Vinegar
