Homemade Baked Beans

These homemade baked beans are a great healthy alternative and perfect for storing in the fridge for lunches.

Ingredients:

2 tins of Cannellini beans
1 tin chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp tomato puree
1 garlic cloved, crushed
1 leek, sliced
1 tbsp Wild Garlic Infused White Condiment
200ml Vegetable stock

Method:

 

1. In a saucepan, soften the onions and leeks with a little oil.
2. Once softened, add in the Cannelini beans, chopped tomatoes, tomato purre, garlic, vegetable stock and White Condiment.
3. Simmer for about 30 mins until the sauce has thickened.
4. Serve on sourdough or a baked potato with some grated cheese.
