Cauliflower Steak, Spiced Yoghurt & Stone Fruits
Ideal to serve as a starter or a main, Cauliflower steak have incredible flavour, made more intense by being charred over a BBQ.

Ingredients
- 1 Cauliflower cut and trimmed
- Oil
- Sea salt & Pepper
- 50ml Natural Yoghurt
- ½ Tspn Smoked Paprika
- 5ml Citrus Balsamic
- ½ Tspn Garlic Powder
- ½ Tspn Cayenne
- Stone Fruits & Flaked Almonds to serve
Method
- Place the steak in a deep dish and cover with boiling salted water.
- Leave for 10 minutes then drain and pat dry.
- Season the steak generously and lightly brush with oil.
- Place onto a hot barbeque and cook for approx. 3 minutes per side until slightly charred.
- Make the spiced yoghurt by mixing in the citrus vinegar and the dried seasonings.
- Serve the cauliflower with the spiced yoghurt, fruit and nuts.
