Baked Plum and Camembert

This is the perfect sharing starter where everyone can get involved!

Ingredients

  • 6-7 plums, cut into segments
  • 4 figs, cut in half 
  • a few sprigs of rosemary
  • 1 Camembert cheese
  • 2 tbsp Christmas Balsamic 
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil 
  • Crusty Bread 

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. Put the Camembert in the center of a ceramic dish and surround it with your sliced fruits 
  3. drizzle over the Balsamic and olive oil, with the rosemary. 
  4. Bake for 10-25 minutes until the cheese is melted 
  5. serve with crusty bread to dip.
