Baked Plum and Camembert
This is the perfect sharing starter where everyone can get involved!
Ingredients
- 6-7 plums, cut into segments
- 4 figs, cut in half
- a few sprigs of rosemary
- 1 Camembert cheese
- 2 tbsp Christmas Balsamic
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Crusty Bread
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees C.
- Put the Camembert in the center of a ceramic dish and surround it with your sliced fruits
- drizzle over the Balsamic and olive oil, with the rosemary.
- Bake for 10-25 minutes until the cheese is melted
- serve with crusty bread to dip.
